You can quickly and easily complete many actions yourself in UCPath online. Using self-service for these actions will generally be faster than requesting assistance; access to some self-service actions is limited to the individual employee and select UCSF and UCPath Center individuals.

Some systemwide UCPath online actions may not be in sync with local resources or may not result in updates within UCPath online:

  • Update My Current Profile (education, honors, awards, licenses, certifications, and qualifications; may be available but may not update in UCPath online)
  • Review my leave balances (available but will not include future committed leave, or beginning balances for sabbatical leave credits or resident and clinical fellows leave) 

Manager and Supervisor Self-Service

Managers and supervisors can view information about their direct reports and their subordinates (indirect reports).
