UCPath: Your New Gateway to Benefits and Pay

UCPath gives us greater operational freedom to focus on our key mission - advancing health worldwide.

The UCPath online portal provides you with expanded self-service functionality from your desktop, laptop, mobile, or tablet. Use UCPath online for most functions previously provided by At Your Service Online (AYSO).

Employee self-service access is granted automatically when an individual is hired into a UCPath position.

Training is not required before employees can login and use the self-service functions in UCPath online. When you need to view information or take an action in UCPath online, refer to the applicable resource below for guidance. If you don't find what you need or you need further assistance, select from the contacts on the Get Help page.

This UC systemwide job aid provides the navigation path for actions employees can take in UCPath online.

Due to local system configuration, some actions may not be available or in sync with local resources, and other actions may not result in updates within UCPath online:

Profile information may be available, but may be out of sync and may not update.

Beginning balances for sabbatical leave credits were not migrated to UCPath.

UCPath does not have the capability to correctly report leave accrual and balances for employees who receive their full accrual upon appointment. Leave balances shown in UCPath online for residents and clinical fellows will be incorrect.

How UCPath Displays Leave Balances

Job Aid

This UC systemwide job aid explains how UCPath online displays leave balances for a monthly and biweekly employee.

Although you can view your leave balances in UCPath online, UCPath online will not include future committed leave, and cannot correctly calculate and display leave balances for residents and clinical fellows. Recommendation: view leave balances in HBS, MedHub, or check with your department administrator.
